[ This is an old trick of large heavy handed corporations. They have the $s 
to drag it on in court and make life miserable and expensive for those who 
dare point out the lawfulness of their use or the BAD behavior of large 
companies.  The role of the courst and the government should be to protect 
the small citizens from the hammer of bad corporate citizens. Does it?? djf]
