Carnivore bootlegs circulating 'Net: Hoping to provide ISPs wary of 
installing the FBI's contentious e-mail monitoring utility Carnivore with a 
less privacy-compromising alternative, Network ICE has posted the source 
code to its new "Altivore" e-mail surveillance program. Altivore -- which 
is allegedly based on the Carnivore feature set -- reportedly allows ISPs 
to respond to court ordered e-mail surveillance requests without the... 
"help" of the FBI...
