E.U. Antitrust Officials Have B2B Exchanges in Sights

RUSSELS, July 23 -- The European Commission is preparing a key antitrust
ruling on a business to business (B2B) Internet marketplace which could have
huge ramifications for similar websites, European Union officials said on
Sunday.

The Commission, the E.U.'s antitrust watchdog, is in the final stages of a
preliminary review of MyAircraft.com, a B2B joint venture for the sale of
aircraft spare parts and engines set up by Honeywell International Inc.,
United Technologies Corp. and i2 Technologies Inc..
