industries should come up with better/easier/cheaper methods of payment
instead of wasting time and energy on copy protection. i remember
microsoft secure delivery was cracked soon after it was released and i
would lay money that anything the music industry comes up with will have
the same fate.

protection had an easy time doing it, thanks to a gaffe by a software 
developer and the surprising weakness of the encryption technology
