SOME light will shine into the swamp of campaign finance beginning Monday,
when California voters will be able to fire up their Web browsers and
discover who's trying to buy whom, and for how much, in statewide
political campaigns.

Technology has given us this valuable, timely window into the fortress of
corruption that passes for politics today. Now let's use technology to
