The session heard lengthy testimony of four DoD and civilian experts which describes current research, development and testing of RF weapons around the globe and what threat they pose. We've offer a copy of that plus last year's testimony by General Schweitzer on systems developed by the Former Soviet Union, and probable spread of the technology, which led to the hearing: http://jya.com/rfw-jec.htm (112K) Or a Zipped version: http://jya.com/rfw-jec.zip (39K) For one paper cited as an example of the spread of RF technology on the Internet, Carlo Kopps' "The E-Bomb, An Electrical Weapon of Mass Destruction," see: http://jya.com/ebomb.htm For HAARP and HIPAS atmospheric and space EM research: http://jya.com/haarp.htm ====================================================================== To post a new message to the list, send E-mail terrorism () mediccom org.
