Big Brother is operational in the private sector!

The net-censoring SurfWatch, that once pretended to only protect your kids
against discussions of breast cancer research, non-majority lifestyle
alternatives and other "pornography" now does much more. It offers
monitoring of ALL of how adults use their net connections at WORK -- and
reports ALL of those activities to the boss.
