IP: Internet Liability Report sponsored by Canadian Govt

The following is the URL for the Internet Liability Study funded by the
Canadian Government to better understand the legal liability framework on
the internet.


Mark Hayes presented early findings at the Pacific Rim Conference of the
Computer Law Association.  The majority of the study is applicable to
non-Canadian interests.


Stanton/Dennis - we should point to the study from appropriate liability
sections on our website and include a pointer in our next EFFector.
