Network Solutions, "The Company currently acts as the exclusive registrar for
second level domain names within the .com, .org, .net, .edu and .gov top-level
domains ("TLDs")" filed their S-1 with the SEC last week.  


Contained in the filing is an item:


     "On June 27, 1997, SAIC received a Civil Investigative Demand ("CID")
from
the U.S. Department of Justice ("DOJ") issued in connection with an
investigation to determine whether there is, has been, or may be a violation
of
antitrust laws under the Sherman Act relating to Internet registration
products
and services."
