There's some very interesting suff here, particularly a report called "The
Internet and its Taxation" at http://www.ispo.cec.be/hleg/bittax.html
written by the chair of the group with a very odd disclaimer at its top.


Note this comes out of DG5, not the usual source of IT stuff in the EC, but
Bangemann supported it, according to the Press Release.
