IP: Tonga sells IP addresses

Tonga is selling IP addresses.  *.to is available for most values of "*"
although some names are deemed unacceptable.  Check <http://www.tonic.to>
for details.


They charge $100 and do it on a machine located in the consulate in San
Francisco.
[It seems to me that they should provide DNS services as well (for a fee).

This is the brainchild of Eric Lyons and Eric Gullichsen, both local
Silicon Valley folks.
