He points out that technology has advanced a great deal (at least 50 years worth) since the concept of slicing up the UHF spectrum into distinct portions to avoid interference was first implemented. It's no longer necessary to do this to avoid interference...yet the practice lives on. The speech can be found at: http://192.160.122.20/baran2.txt
