IP: personal request for any hackers out there

I have a Japanese keyboard computer running US Win 95 and need to know if
and how to remap the keyboard to match the punctuation with key position on
the Japanese keyboard (no need for any Japanese capability).


Clearly one should be able to make a keyboard driver do this but no one
seems to know how
