The cancelbot flap is actually far from resolved. 


Thanks to Declan's early warning, PC World Online has investigated the
newsgroup cancellations. In our RealAudio newscast for Wednesday, 9/25, we
report on the matter in some detail.

Turns out that the attack may not simply be the work of a bigot/racist.
It's the latest shot in a battle between the self-appointed netizens who
monitor and cancel newsgroup "spams," and those who believe the "cancel
cabal" should be cut down at the knees.
