The premier issue of the newsletter, Wireless Internet & Mobile Computing is
available for free on their Web site, www.wirelessinternet.com/10-15-96.  The
articles include: a top secret lab established by Ericsson and PacBell Mobile
Services to develop ways for integrating the Internet and intranets with
PacBell's GSM network, a systems integrator offering a service "polling"
landline e-mail accounts and sending header info to wireless accounts; Apple
Computer being interested in wireless -- but not interested in promoting it;
and one of the most vocal proponents of wireless data describing why he
doesn't
use it anymore.
