With the signing of the FY96 Authorization Bill, we are now formally the
Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) once again.  Please start
using that name.  Do NOT, however, discard stationary, business cards
and the
like.  We are specifically authorized to continue using such materials until
the inventory is exhausted.
