USNews & World Report's cover story this week features an in-depth look at the
new American Economy, and who has lost out in the new order.


The story looks into personal stories of the blue-collar workers and others who
have lost considerable income & security in the last few years, as well as the
upper management who have gained even greater wages.  More importantly, they
look into why the chasm between lower and upper incomes is growing, and what
happened to our middle class.

of the most affecting, in-depth pieces I have seen on the disturbing trends in
the US.
