"Everything good has a downside--even computers. There are those
twisted individuals who have used this new way of communication in a
heinous manner. They have infiltrated the networks of foreign
countries and corporations to learn secrets and confidential
strategies. They have "crashed" systems just for fun. And, a
frightening few have used this new world as a way of harassing and

explored in the NBC television movie, *Deadly Web,* which will be
