The California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors is about to rewrite the registration requirements to include
consultants and contractors. At this point they intend to require
registration of even those persons who work exculsively for industrial
concerns.


This will be discussed by the Board November 3, 4, 16, and 17.  It appears that
the decision will be on the 17th.  The 16th is for public testimony.
