Just for the record, I was told that such carry over was allowed by our
business office. I will be most disturbed if I am not allowed. I tried not
to waste the money but be wise in its use. I hope that gets rewarded. If it
does not I am a realist and will behave properly in the future . Let me
know as soon as possibe or would I be better off spending it on equipment
now!!!
