Three Charged in Cyber Crimes


In a case that Federal authorities said involved the first court-approved
wiretap of the Internet, three people were charged in what officials
described as an international conspiracy to sell illegal electronic
equipment. AT&T complained last spring of cellular telephones programmed
with stolen numbers.
