A new IETF Working Group - Responsible Use of the Network (run) - was
recently established to consider an Internet Code of Conduct.  The chairs
are:  Sally  Hambridge (sallyh () ludwig intel com) and Gary Malkin
(gmalkin () xylogics com).  Working Group Mail discussion group is
(ietf-run () mailbag intel com).  To join the group, send a message to
<majordomo () mailbag intel com>, placing in the message body: subscribe
ietf-run (your-email-address).
