info structure is the ability of world class organizations to
provide substance ( the miti term for content) and transmission
world wide.

actually no spin at all.
More a prediction  that we will see the likes of Sony owning
more than 25% of the combined NYNEX/Viacom/etc combo. A situation
that many in US are not yet ready to contemplate.
