"I called and talked to JvNC ops about 2pm today (Saturday)
NSFNET did a major upgrade and reconfiguration
over night.  NSFNET (sort of) came back about noon.
JvNC and the other nets are now updating and working
on the interconnection troubles.
They will send me mail when they are finised.


I would expect it could be any time now.
But on the other hand it could go hours."
