Moderators Introduction

Hello,

Jesse Gough and myself (Josh Talbot) are taking over the moderation duties 
of the incidents mailing list from Daniel Hanson. We would like to wish 
Daniel Hanson the best in his next endeavor. We will be continuing to 
moderate the incidents mailing list according to the policies out lined in 
the Incidents FAQ.
