More correctly, it proves that someone simply knows the Dutch word for
"message".  Any conclusions drawn past that are conjecture at best.

Boodschap is the Dutch word for message.
Maybe the scam originated from out of The Netherlands?

It only proves the piece of JavaScript came from The Netherlands.

A quick check on Google shows that this piece of JavaScript is
used quite a
bit:
