incident tracking software

There was a post to one of the securityfocus lists a few weeks ago regarding 
LAMP-based security incident tracking software.  I believe that it was 
open-source helpdesk software that had been altered to allow for the 
tracking of security incidents.  I've been through the archives of several 
lists and can't find it.  Does anyone know where I can find this software?
