Hi Danny;

This solution might be a bit spartan, but I use
PHP Helpdesk. Have a look at http://phphelpdesk.sourceforge.net/

Hey guys,
           I've been looking for ages now and have not been able to find a real web based incident tracking system, so what I'd like
to do is just throw the question out to people who have been doing this longer than I have and see what everyone else is using to track
incidents. I've checked out IRTS but after about a couple of hours of code edits and updates and still didn't have something that
would allow me to test with I decided it wasn't worth it. Does anyone know of any packages out there that will allow web based
authentication and tracking of computer related incidents?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers
Danny
