A couple of questions, if you don't mind...

1.  What A/V product are you using?  What's the
version and latest update?

2.  Did you check the vendor's web site for any virus
information?

3.  What platform are you referring to?  NT/2K? 
Win95?

4.  Did you conduct a search on the Internet via
Google, etc?  If so, what did you find?
