Relaying is off, of course, but I find a (free) hosting provider with an
inoperative abuse adress on their webpages somewhat conspicuous.

        Try the postmaster@ address.  If that bounces (or you don't get
any satisfaction), take it to their upstream.  Also, did you try writing
postmaster & abuse at THEPLANET.COM (the domain that owns that IP range)?

        FWIW, thanks for not being an open relay!  :)  (I figure that I
gripe at so many sites for being open relays that it's only fair that I
thank those that aren't.)  ;)
