Simon,

        I don't know about them fixing their hardware issues; however,
they gave me the "network equipment" rationalization just last week, after
I contacted them about traffic coming (including what appeared to be a
full active FTP session) from their mail servers (puntxx.mail.demon.net).

As far as I know they fixed that last year, it was due to some problem
with their Ascend GRF's, I may be wrong though :)
