version.bind from zen.isi.edu

Hi,

Some people might see version.bind requests from zed.isi.edu and
flag.ep.net in their named logs lately: these are caused by a yearly
survey by Bill Manning to determine the accuracy of the delegation of
the in.addr-arpa domain.
