I already contacted the provider, it was a dial in account from T-Online, so I don't think I'll get a reply to soon, if at all.
abuse () t-online de ist pretty responsive. If you provide exact evidence (logs with timestamps - NTP-synchronized) they *will* react. They are doing a good job.
