Sebek variables

While doing the Sebek variables configuration (the last section in the interview) I was asked to enter the destination 
IP address of the Sebek packets. Would anyone explaine to me where physicaly this IP should be, is it the eth1 of 
honeywall or somewhere else. Please be more precise in your answers not just a couple of words.
