honeyd: Connection refused

Hi,

I just setup honeyd. It's reachable from the outside, pings and connection
attempts are shown when running in debug mode. But I can't establish a
connection to any of the ports defined in the honeyd.conf file. This is what
I get:

$ ping 1.2.3.4
honeyd[]: Sending ICMP Echo Reply: 1.2.3.4 -> 5.6.7.8
Seems to be working, although I get 2 ICMP Echo replies from the honeypot's
IP.

$ telnet 1.2.3.4 80
  Trying 1.2.3.4...
  telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
honeyd[]: Connection request: tcp (5.6.7.8 - 1.2.3.4)
honeyd[]: Connection dropped by reset: tcp (5.6.7.8 -1.2.3.4)

My config entries look like this:
add windows tcp port 80 "perl /path_to_scripts/iisemul8.pl"

I don't know why it's not working, can somebody help me?
