honeyd1.0 problem - honeyd: make_socket_ai: Address already in use

Hi,
 
I installed the Honeyd1.0 version and the newest libraries to replace my working Honeyd0.7 version.  Then tried to 
start the daemon with some simple configuration files, but the daemon just went away.  Here is what I did:

honeyd[23773]: started with -f honeyd.conf -l log.txt 10.0.0.120-10.0.0.125

Any ideas?
