reconfigure sebek

Hello all,

I am testing sebek on my development network on a Vmware win nt image.  It  
is working well here, however when I try to reconfigure with the  
configuration wizard to use prepare it for my production net, I get an  
error "Couldn't open file with CreateFile()."  I try vi'ng this file and I  
get permission denied, however with dir || dir /ah it isn't found.  I am  
sure this is a feature due to the nature of this utility, but is there a  
way to reconfigure without the entire removal process?
