ANNOUNCE: Windows port of Sebek

This morning, The Honeynet Project released a windows port of sebek.

This port currently supports:
        - Hiding itself from the list of running modules, filesystem
queries, and registry queries.
        - Will hide all packets with the specified magic number from any
sniffers.
        - Will log all console application input and output to a remote host
even those that specify a socket for STDIN/STDOUT/STDERR.

It does NOT support:
        - Logging of GUI applications.
