How to use google.  Seriously, the OS running on VMWare is no different 
than the OS running under its own power.  Some of the networking stuff 
is a little wierd (phony MAC addresses and such) but the base OS is 
still subject to the same exploits that any other Windows, Linux, or 
Unix box would be without the VMWare.

I think that your real question is how to exploit VMWare itself or how 
to determine the host OS?
