Honeyd Windows and remote syslog

To honeyd-win32 users,

I have honeyd-win32 running and logging to a local file.   I would like to have it log to a remote syslog server... the 
documentation says that it does however I haven't been able to figure out how to make it so.

Direction is appreciated.
