Honeycomb 0.5 + website announcement

Hi all,


After Niels released Honeyd 0.6 I'm glad to announce Honeycomb 0.5, an
improved version of the NIDS signature generator that won the Honeyd
competition.

Honeycomb is a system for automated generation of signatures for network
intrusion detection systems (NIDSs). The system applies protocol
analysis and pattern-detection techniques to traffic captured in honeyd
honeypots.

Download links are given on the page; for build instructions please
