perhaps its ok the let the ip-adresses static but
change the ip-adress to personality-bindings in after a
certain amount oft time. this could easyly be done by
some sort of "honeyd.conf rotating"

so it will look to the blackhats that certain hosts
"dissapeard" an new hosts  are seen. so they don't get
an idea that they are in an honeynet.
