Its always great to see lively discussion about specific
topics.  However, I'm concerned we may be getting to the
point where we are beating this current thread into the
ground.  Unless you have legal expertise, or submit a
posting that is based on precedence, I will be killing
this thread.

Also, some of the points in Richard Salgado's presentation
have been misinterpreted, or perhaps in some cases
sensationalized.  If you have concerns, I recommend you 
review his presentation for yourself.
