You should have a look at Honeyd developed by Niels Provos :
http://www.citi.umich.edu/u/provos/honeyd/
It takes unused IPs to simulate a virtual network. Some services are
given on his page, but you can write them by yourselves or search some
others with google ( - ftp honeyd script - and so on ). They consists on
scripts (pl, sh...).

   Is there any existing open source honeypot that
gives fake services on unused IPs? LaBrea just
captures unused IPs but doesnt provide fake services,
whereas bigeye , thp etc give fake services only.
