You should have a look at Honeyd developed by Niels Provos : http://www.citi.umich.edu/u/provos/honeyd/ It takes unused IPs to simulate a virtual network. Some services are given on his page, but you can write them by yourselves or search some others with google ( - ftp honeyd script - and so on ). They consists on scripts (pl, sh...).
