Recent Events in Egypt

Watching CNN, it appears Mubarak has OK'd elections for September.

Is it good for Egyptians (ie, enough time for other candidates to
campaign)? Or is it bad for Eqyptians (ie, enough time to rig the
election process)? Perhaps something in between?

Can anyone from Egypt comment?
