Because he's actually there.
There's a good lesson they teach Israeli soldiers in boot camp, about the
"night of the gliders" [1]. Basically, a fighter/terrorist got past
security, managed to kill a bunch of soldiers, until he was killed by the
soldier at the armory/warehouse.
The lesson they teach is that all it takes to stop an attack is someone with
tools, and the wits and courage to use them. You don't have to be an actual
fighter.

This is a reference to the English Wikipedia, although it seems they say he
was killed by an officer, and nothing more. The Hebrew Wikipedia says he was
killed by the soldier responsible for the warehouse, which fits with the
story I know.
