Get paid $0.04 to crack captchas

I got some blog spam where someone cracked a captcha.  So I figured 
I'd poke around and find a service that pays you to read and type in 
captchas.

I found this great company in India that pays 2 rupees ($0.04) per 
captcha that you correctly enter.  You can crack up to 100 per day.

The best part of this is that you have to pay them $110 to sign up 
for the job!!!  Awesome.  I wonder if they ever pay out?
