BC Lottery corp launches online casino, immediately crashes

I'm pretty ambivalent about this news.  On the one hand, it's my home province, 
and everybody needs extra revenue these days.  On the other hand, online casinos 
can do a lot of damage.

On the third hand, Campbell and his buddies took another pratfall:
