So I've been trying for several hours to find someone whose (a) e-mail in
WHOIS doesn't bounce, (b) actually cares, (c) a live, breathing abuse
person, in Turkey.

I've come to the conclusion that this type of support does not exist.

For several hours now, I've tried to contact the owner of the IP allocation
(WHOIS contact e-mail bounced, no such user), the WHOIS domain contact (at
least it didn't bounce, but no response yet [DNS admin]), and several other
people who pointed me at people.

Black hole.

If anyone has *any* suggestions, please send them my way. Turkey doesn't
appear to have national CERT, either.

Eastern European cyber criminal seem to thrive there. Damn it.
