I do believe you are correct, Jacob. The guys described in "Underground"
were arrested in early 1990, ten years earlier. At the back of my mind is
the idea that the Vitek Boden case was a 'first' in some way - perhaps the
first conviction under the (then new) Cybercrimes Act?
